Hampton House in Camp Hill

Recently Queensland Timber Flooring installed our wide board solid French Oak parquetry into this Hampton Style home in Camp Hill, Brisbane. Featuring in The Queensland Homes Magazine this home instils a seamless blend of both modern and classic fittings with a natural feel throughout. To maximise the organic look of the house Duayne Pearce, of D Pearce Constructions sourced both natural and recycled materials including bricks from a Melbourne cottage. Architecturally designed by John Cunningham, of Cunningham Designs the use of raw materials coupled with modernised fittings such as lighting and wine racks tied these two themes together to ensure timeless style. ..

French Oak at Maroochy RSL

Recently we were asked to supply and install a feature floor for the Maroochy RSL.  We personally visited the site and assisted in the design to achieve the specific look and mood the RSL were after. After several consultations with the team members at Maroochy RSL, the ‘Roasted Dijon’ from our Provence French Oak Range was selected.  Working closely with the RSL over a number of weeks, we ensured that the exact shape and style of the desired floor was to be achieved.  ..

Master Builders House of the Year 2013

At Queensland Timber Flooring we were happy to hear this month that a project we thoroughly enjoyed being a part of has been chosen as the winner of the Master Builders Housing & Construction House of the Year 2013 for the Sunshine Coast. This luxury retreat at Noosa Sound comprises of 7 bedrooms and was designed to be a "home away from home". Provence at Topshop... Coming Soon

Exciting news! This week Queensland Timber Flooring has delivered our new Provence pre-finished Oak flooring to the upcoming Topshop in Brisbane! This new 3-storey shop in the Brisbane CBD on the corner of Elizabeth and Albert streets will be the largest in Australia yet- and will display around 400 sqm of our Provence Avignon floor, including a smaller floor of the antique grey Marseille. Due to be opened by December, we are already looking forward to doing our Christmas shopping in the new store- and viewing our finished floor at the same time! ..

Rainbow Lane - Featured Project

This stunning Brushbox floor at Rainbow lane is our new project of the month! As you can see from the photos, the flooring and staircase we installed complements this exceptionally designed home, complete with interesting features such as panelled glass between the floorboards by the stairs, revealing the water underneath, and beautiful curved areas in the bar area and kitchen.
